How do I claim a freshie during the live?

Simply comment the keyword I will give during the TikTok Live.
Once we confirm your claim, we will mark it as SOLD on our end.

How much do the freshies cost?

Prices will be listed as cookies on the screen during the live.
(Example: “5 cookies” = $5)

How do I pay?

After you claim, you must send us your email so we can send an invoice.
Invoices must be paid within the time stated on the invoice, if not you will be blocked from our lives, and page ongoing, and your invoice will be cancelled. You will need to make arrangements for pay if you can not pay on time.

Why do I need to send my email?

We invoice all orders to keep your purchase secure and to ensure accurate tracking, shipping, and order confirmation.

Do you offer combined shipping?

Yes! If you claim multiple freshies, we combine everything into one invoice so you pay shipping only once.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to the custom and scented nature of freshies, all sales are final.

How long does shipping take?

Orders from the Whiteout Sale will ship within 1-2 business days unless otherwise stated during the live.

Can I request custom Christmas freshies during the live?

Tonight’s sale is Whiteout Sale only, meaning only the listed Christmas designs are available. Customs are not accepted during this event.
